In another intense futsal match, the EABH Hawks faced off against the PASB Panthers in a game that had students and teams from other schools stopping everything just to watch.

From the very first minute, it was clear: it would be a tense match, with both teams attacking at godspeed. The tension was visible.

The Panthers opened the scoreboard with a goal, but barely two seconds later, Pedro Jorge (#7)  marked a goal with a head assist from Thiago Loures (#5). The cheers echoed through the gym as the Hawks tied it up 1–1 before anyone had even processed the first goal.

But the emotions weren’t only on the scoreboard. Pedro Almeida (#10), the futsal captain, received a yellow card (his second in two consecutive games), which means he can't join the next. Later, in the second half, Pedro Luiz (#22) was shown a second yellow for aggressive behavior and received a red card. With both key players suspended, the Hawks now face serious challenges ahead. Hawks’ coach, Claudio, responded quickly to the red card situation by subbing in Mathieu Lesage (#11) and later Tiziano Vorcaro (#9).

Despite the tension, the game was a showcase of talent. The Panthers fired shot after shot, but Massimiliano (#1), the Hawks' goalkeeper, was simply unbeatable. At one point, he stopped two powerful shots with his chest.

The atmosphere was electric. The crowd was euphoric. Every pass, every near miss, had people on their feet.

As the game ended in a 1-1 draw, the Hawks must now win their next match against British URCA Falcons to qualify. Let’s wish our Hawks the best of luck!
