The closing ceremony of the first-ever AASB tournament marked more than the end of a competition. It marked the conclusion of a chapter that will not be repeated in the same way again.

As the highlights video played, moments from the past days came rushing back with goals, saves, blocks, celebrations, each clip carrying the energy and effort that defined this first edition. It was a reminder that AASB is not just something new, but something already meaningful, built through every athlete who stepped onto the court. For EABH, the ceremony was also a moment of pride.

From team achievements to individual recognition, the Hawks left their mark across the tournament. The futsal team secured 1st place in Division 4, while volleyball reached even greater heights, claiming 1st place in Division 1 and winning the Final Four, becoming the first-ever champions of AASB volleyball. Individually, Brunna was recognized as MVP in volleyball, while Luigi earned MVP in futsal, further highlighting the impact both had throughout the tournament. In addition, the Sportsmanship Green Card Award was given to Julia Jorge in volleyball and Luigi in futsal, reflecting not only performance, but character. But beyond the awards, what stood out most was the people behind them.

For the seniors, this tournament carried a different weight. It was their first AASB, and their last. After years of representing EABH, of early practices, long games, and constant commitment, this final moment was not just about winning, but about everything they had built along the way. Their leadership, effort, and presence shaped the teams that stood on that stage, and their absence next season will be deeply felt.

As the ceremony came to a close, there was a quiet understanding shared among everyone present. This was the first AASB.
