Tuesday at NR brought another exciting chapter to the Hawks’ campaign, with the boys' soccer team delivering two impressive victories over OLM and PASB B to secure their place in the Third Division championship match. On the basketball court, the Lady Hawks delivered one of the day's most exciting performances, defeating Chapel in a nail-biting quarterfinal before facing OLM in the First Division semifinals.

The action began in the morning as EABH took on OLM in a thrilling soccer encounter. The Hawks entered the field determined to secure another victory, and their attacking efforts paid off with a convincing 3-1 result.

Tiziano (9) opened the scoring by taking advantage of a chaotic sequence inside OLM's penalty area. With the ball bouncing between defenders and the goalkeeper struggling to establish control, Tiziano reacted quickly, finding the opening he needed to send the ball into the back of the net. It was exactly the kind of opportunistic finish that can make the difference in a competitive tournament.

Then came a moment worthy of a highlight: Luigi (8) stepped up for a free kick and delivered an absolute masterpiece, sending the ball into the net with a spectacular strike. But he was not finished entertaining the crowd. To celebrate his goal, Luigi pulled off an incredible backflip, turning an already memorable moment into one of the standout highlights of the entire tournament.

Rafael Tinti (10) added his name to the scoresheet once again after drawing a penalty following a dangerous high-foot challenge. He took full advantage of the opportunity, converting from the spot to complete EABH's exciting three-goal performance.

The Hawks once again were forced to deal with disciplinary setbacks as Rafael received his second yellow card for a high-foot fault, causing him to be expelled from the game. Playing with a numerical disadvantage placed additional pressure on the squad, but EABH remained focused, maintaining the lead and refusing to let the setbacks overshadow an impressive performance.

The final whistle confirmed a 3-1 victory for the Hawks, who had once again demonstrated their ability to deliver when it mattered most.

And they were only getting started.

Later in the day, EABH returned to the field for a decisive matchup against PASB B, with a place in the Third Division final on the line. The stakes were high, but the Hawks stood proud,  presenting one of their most complete performances of the tournament.

From the opening whistle, EABH looked like the stronger side. The Hawks moved the ball confidently, consistently finding ways to threaten the opposition. Their superiority was evident across the field, with every player contributing to a strong team effort that kept EABH in control throughout the match.

Behind the impressive match was a tactical masterclass from Coach David. His approach allowed the Hawks to maintain control of the match without sacrificing defensive security, finding the ideal balance between effective attacking and team organization.

And who else but Luigi to deliver the goals? Already responsible for a spectacular goal earlier in the day, Luigi once again proved decisive. He opened the scoring with another stunning free-kick goal. Later, when EABH earned a penalty, Luigi stepped up again and confidently converted, completing his brace and putting the Hawks firmly in control.

Three goals in two games, two free-kick masterpieces. Luigi's performances were nothing short of outstanding.

Yet the Hawks' dominance extended far beyond their attacking success.

At the back, Felipe Wanderley (2) and Chase Mason (number) helped lock down the defense, frustrating the opponent’s attempts to create opportunities. Their defensive contributions, combined with the collective discipline of the entire team, ensured that EABH maintained its advantage throughout the contest. Goalkeeper and captain Massi (1) also played his part in an outstanding defensive performance, finishing the match with a clean sheet. It was a complete team performance, from the first offensive movement to the final defensive effort.

When the referee blew the final whistle, the scoreboard read 2–0 in favor of EABH. The Hawks had done it. With two victories in a single day, they officially secured their place in the Third Division final, moving one step closer to bringing home a gold trophy.

On the basketball court, the Lady Hawks were fighting another important battle

The Lady Hawks faced Chapel in a decisive matchup for a spot in the First Division semifinals. The game was close from start to finish, but the final minutes were particularly intense, with both teams repeatedly exchanging the lead. The EABH crowd was fully involved, cheering through every basket as the Lady Hawks fought to stay ahead.

Carol Bonato delivered the performance of the match. At a crucial moment, with Chapel holding the lead, Carol hit an incredible three-pointer to put EABH back in front. She went on to dominate the game, scoring seven consecutive points, and playing a decisive role in the Hawks' victory, leading her to earn Player of the Match honors.

The closing minutes brought even more tension. Several fouls gave Chapel opportunities to score and kept the game within reach for the opposition. With the score constantly shifting and the crowd growing louder, EABH had to fight for every point to hold onto its advantage.

The Lady Hawks ultimately secured a thrilling 21–19 victory, earning their place in the First Division semifinals. It was a major achievement for the team, whose determination and performance under pressure had carried them into the tournament's final four.

Later in the day, EABH returned to the court to face OLM, with a place in the championship final at stake.

The dispute was demanding from the start. OLM established an early advantage and maintained an aggressive offensive approach, forcing the Lady Hawks into a difficult uphill battle. But the Lady Hawks fought through every moment, working to contain the attacks and searching for opportunities to close the gap. Their defensive efforts became especially important against an opponent that consistently challenged them around the court.

With the crowd growing louder and the pressure increasing, the atmosphere reflected the intensity of a First Division semifinal. Every basket, defensive stop, and contested possession carried extra weight as the Lady Hawks continued pushing against the opposition.

OLM ultimately secured a 29-17 victory, but the final score did not erase the effort and determination EABH displayed throughout the tournament. Against a strong opponent, the Lady Hawks continued competing, refusing to let the challenging circumstances diminish their fighting spirit.

And there is still plenty left to fight for.

Although the defeat ended the dreams of reaching the final, the Lady Hawks remained competing for a trophy. Their earlier performances earned them a place among the division's semifinalists, and they will now compete in the third-place playoff with an opportunity to finish their tournament on the podium.

As another day of competition comes to an end, EABH has plenty of reasons to look ahead with confidence. The boys' soccer team is heading into the Third Division final following two commanding victories, powered by Luigi's remarkable scoring form, a disciplined defense, and an outstanding collective performance. Meanwhile, the Lady Hawks still have a medal within reach, with one more opportunity to finish their campaign among the division's best.
